We pass by the same objects and places day after monotonous day and sometimes forget or never even stop to take a closer look or try a different angle. We're so blinded by our 360 degree macro-view of life that we often forget the beauty of the 3 degree micro-view. There is beauty in the ugly, intricacy in the dull, and joy in the sorrow. Photography for me is optimism: to take something boring, stupid, and dull and turn it into a work of art. |
